WHITMAN OFFERS BOWERS OBSOLETE PAPER MONEY BOOK TO CLUB LIBRARIES

Larry Gaye writes: "As president of the Pacific Northwest Numismatic
Association (PNNA) and immediate past president of the Willamette Coin
